Warranty Terms

Signature Builds: 1 Year Limited Parts & Labour. Custom Builds: 2 Year Limited Parts & Labour. 1 of 1 Builds: 5 Month Limited Parts & Labour.

Coverage begins when the customer receives the system. Build, processing, and shipping time before receipt do not reduce warranty coverage.

Every system includes Lifetime Basic Technical Support for the original purchaser, including remote troubleshooting, setup guidance, compatibility questions, upgrade guidance, and general technical support. This does not extend the hardware warranty or include free parts, shipping, on-site service, or labour outside the warranty period.

Covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship and eligible hardware failures under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Inspect the system immediately after delivery or pickup. Report visible damage immediately and keep the original box, packaging, labels, and documentation. Photos or video may be requested.

For approved covered warranty claims within Canada, Champion Builds covers reasonable standard shipping both ways. Written authorization is required. Use original or approved replacement packaging.

Target repair turnaround is about 3–6 business days after diagnosis, but is not guaranteed. Champion Builds may repair, replace with an equal or better equivalent, replace the system where appropriate, or provide another reasonable remedy.

Replacement components do not have to match the exact original brand, model, colour, RGB, cooler, or manufacturer where an equal or better suitable replacement is used. No loaner PCs or advance replacements are provided before inspection and verification.

Systems may contain new, open-box, or refurbished components. The condition of each part will be mentioned in the description. All applicable components are inspected and tested before sale. 1 of 1 Builds include 5 Months Limited Parts & Labour coverage.

Complimentary labour is available during the warranty period for approved compatible upgrades performed by Champion Builds. Customer pays component costs and transportation or shipping. Every PC includes 3 years of complimentary internal cleaning labour; transportation or shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Does not cover damage caused by accidental damage, liquid, misuse, neglect, surges, blocked airflow, severe contamination, unauthorized repair or modification, improper installation, unsupported overclocking, voltage changes, BIOS or firmware changes, or customer hardware that causes failure.

Windows activation issues present at delivery should be reported within 24–72 hours. Customers must back up data before service. Champion Builds is not responsible for customer data loss during warranty or repair service.

Computer warranty applies to the PC system. Monitors and accessories are generally covered by manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Monitor warranty is handled through the manufacturer.

Contact Champion Builds before shipping or attempting unauthorized repairs. We may request order number, proof of purchase, issue description, photos or videos, screenshots, serial numbers, and diagnostic information. Do not ship without written authorization.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from the Champion Builds warranty. Champion Builds may assist with the manufacturer warranty process where appropriate.

Champion Builds may request reasonable ID or payment verification for high-value or unusual orders and may delay, cancel, or refund orders where verification cannot be completed or fraud is suspected.

Customers are encouraged to contact Champion Builds first. If a dispute is filed, Champion Builds may provide relevant order, payment, tracking, delivery or pickup, communication, warranty, return, fraud-screening, and verification records. Lawful customer rights remain unaffected.

• Proof of purchase or serial verification may be required.
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser unless transfer is approved.
• Final sale status does not remove applicable hardware warranty.
• Repair or replacement does not restart the warranty unless confirmed in writing.

This warranty is provided in addition to applicable consumer protection rights. Nothing waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Contact Champion Builds before shipping a system, requesting warranty authorization, major modifications, third-party repairs, or major cooling, power, BIOS, or firmware changes.
